Congratulations to Paige Stopperich, she has been
chosen to represent the USA at the
American Quarter Horse Youth World Cup which is an
International Equestrian event held every two years.
With over 17 countries taking part, the Youth World
Cup offers opportunities for our youth to experience
different cultures, meet peers from all over the
world and experience an International Equestrian
event. Team
USA has announced the members of their 2012 Youth World Cup
team, and, once again, Nancy Cahill, AQHA
Professional Horsewoman, will coach the team.
The event will take place on July 21-29, 2012, in
Kreuth, Germany.
Paige
Stopperich
was introduced to Quarter Horses when her
parents purchased her first horse at the age of
8, and has had great success, earning multiple
youth high-point awards and an AQHA Championship
award by competing in showmanship, trail, hunter
under saddle, horsemanship and hunt seat
equitation. Her favorite event is trail; she
enjoys the challenge of new patterns. Paige is
thrilled to be chosen to represent the
U.S., and believes it will be an experience of a lifetime!
Jessica McMullen, a proud member of the Texas A&M Western Team which posted
another National Championship, she is also a current PQHA member and former
PQHYA officer and former AQHYA Secretary
